Refunds Policy

We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases and overall experience with us. Therefore we are always happy to speak with you if you have any problems in relation to your goods, delivery or service within our normal office hours.

As our feedback and service is important to us we work very hard to resove any issues you may have regarding your purchase.

We do accept returns in cases where your product is found to be faulty, broken (due to mishandling during delivery), or if you have received an incorrect item, size or quantity. In these cases, we will refund in full including postage.

We do not offer full refunds in cases where the buyer has changed their mind, ordered incorrect size by accident, or has used the product for an inappropriate purpose. In some cases however we will refund purchase price (excluding postage) if the product is returned to us in a condition that enables us to resell.

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 working days.
